The Ionia R. Whipper Home is committed to helping women and their children achieve self-sufficiency by providing supportive services. Our vision is to provide a safe haven and pathway for women promoting stability and self-sufficiency to enable long term success.
The Whipper Resource and Development Center will be designed as a “one-stop” shop that provides wrap-around resources and supports for women – making them and the communities they live in – stronger.
